openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP2-Online-ppc64le-ssh-X@ppc64le-hmc fails in
bootloader

Test suite description

Maintainer: okurz, mgriessmeier

Conduct an installation using ssh with X-Forwarding. Might only be effective for s390x and spvm

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 203.1 (current job)

Expected result

Last good: 202.6 (or more recent)

Further details

This looks like network issue, the GRUB content cannot be download fully. TFTP Tries: 9 times
then it has timeout.
