PARALLEL_WITH in declarative schedule not working

Description

When setting up a job for two machines with the two schedules
schedule/kernel/ibtest-master.yaml
schedule/kernel/ibtest-slave.yaml
The job's don't get executed together.
I couldn't find any YAML schedule with PARALLEL_WITH, so I assume I am the first to try this?

The following jobs, for example, were not started in parallel:

For now, I will try adding this again to the testsuite definition and hope for a working around this.

you're the first to try this as the yaml schedule schedules test modules within a job and not jobs. If you want jobs to be scheduled as cluster, you need to set this up in the job group yaml not in the test schedule
