This is just an example I stumbled over. There might be more. IMHO something that should be fixable via "sed" in the source now.

That came with Wordpress, I compared this multiple times and found this happened in Wordpress at some point in the past (and was exported that way). We can sed those mistakes out, but we just need to find a mapping for that

Here is a map of the characters to replace, I will have a look later, but this far sed and perl refuse to replace anything due to weird encoding
