Priority changed from Normal to High

Retriggered tests within the same snapshot show this problem again, e.g. https://openqa.opensuse.org/tests/1171956 . I am not aware of recent gnome related changes that can explain it. But dimstar found out that ftp.suse.com is currently not reachable. It is highly unintuitive that the test relies on ftp.suse.com but doesn't check that as prerequisite. Probably better to only rely on an ftp server spawned within the same VM.
