openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-textmode@64bit fails in
php7_postgresql

PGSQL 12 landed in TW; the test considers 11 the latest possible and then switches from PGSQL12 to 11 (with a DB that was previously done by 12)

Test suite description

Maintainer: okurz

Installation in textmode and selecting the textmode "desktop" during installation.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20200128 (current job)

Expected result

Last good: 20200127 (or more recent)
