Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.2-DVD-aarch64-xfce@aarch64 fails in
reboot_xfce

opensuse_welcome screen is now shown on Leap 15.2 xfce test, so alt-f4 will close it, instead of showing the logout dialog.
