closed[functional][u] test fails in partitioning - Scenarios with Full media need adaptions

Description
Observation¶
Since registration came back to full media, the current tests need to be adapted to the new situation:
- Full media allows offline (no internet) installation
- In general, tests with Full media need to skip registration
- In some cases, registering with Full media should be covered
- Modules need to be manually selected when skipping registration.
Reproducible¶
Example from scenario sle-15-SP2-Full-x86_64-skip_registration+workaround_modules@64bit
