openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP2-Installer-DVD-s390x-toolchain_zypper@s390x-kvm-sle12 fails in
kdump_and_crash

crash: /var/tmp/vmlinux-5.3.6-1-default.gz_hORmaa and /var/crash/2019-10-24-16:05/vmcore do not match!

Compare with successful test run, I found that crash cannot read kernel config data and related map.
