openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP2-Installer-DVD-aarch64-minimal+proxy_SCC-postreg_SUSEconnect@aarch64 fails in
suseconnect_scc

Test suite description

Maintainers: riafarov.
Register modules after a system is installed using SUSEconnect.

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 38.1

Expected result

Last good: 36.1 (or more recent)

Fails with missing qcow now:
