Found one good run for SLE-12-SP3 to compare with: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1058646#step/autoyast_verify/6 latest for SLE-12-SP5 works as well: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3401287
Checking the deamon: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3402530

Restarting tftp.socket makes possible to move forward and then it fails in ntp with chrony (I could not restart tftp.service, there was an error): https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3407317#step/autoyast_verify/14
Restart of the tftp.socket does not break SLE-12-SP5: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3410865 which is good.
Blocking ticket by bugs related with autoyast not adding properly the configuration for chrony https://openqa.suse.de/tests/3410385#step/autoyast_verify/3 and the socket not running: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1152163
