cachet needs an update - current version breaks on Leap 15.1 / PHP 7.2

Description
I updated status2.o.o (which is unused most of the time) to Leap 15.1. The update itsself was boring, but status2.o.o now only displays an empty page.
The error log says

We'll need to update cachet before we update status.o.o (aka status1.o.o) to Leap 15.1 / PHP 7.2.

Done for cachet on status2 - but status1 needs a fist upgrade first.

So let's close this ticket here and work on #60419 while status2 become the active one.
