closed[functional][y] test fails in scc_registration - Import untrusted GPG (phub is here)

Description
Observation¶
There was a bug about the missing package hub module: https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1106085
Now the module is available but it is necessary to accept the GPG key.
The module is not detected for the other architectures. eg.
- x86_64: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2784960#step/scc_registration/42
- ppc64le: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2784348#step/scc_registration/19
Is it a bug that the GPG key needs to be accepted?
Suggestions¶
The registration code needs to be adapted to trust keys on demand.
Reproducible¶
Fails since Build 208.1
in scenario sle-15-SP1-Installer-DVD-aarch64-gnome+proxy_SCC+allmodules@aarch64
Expected result¶
The test passes.
Since the module was missing for SLE15-SP1, there is no expected result in SLE15-SP1 tests.
Expected result from SLE15: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1773769#step/scc_registration/37

I guess simply accepting the key will work, as I remember a brief chat with Wolfgang and he mentioned that it was intended...

Happens also here: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/2789298 so no longer aarch64 related

previous automatic comment can be ignored, the issue is with the legacy module.
