This issue has been blocked by bug #1131349
https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1131349 [Migration][Build 200.1] openQA test fails in bootloader_uefi system boot into startup.nsh. I'll rerun once I workaround this bug.

the BREAK_DEPS=1
