See poo#47459 for reference. The code that enables the repositories, is being duplicated in few places now.
openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP1-Installer-DVD-aarch64-skip_registration+all-packages-iso@aarch64 fails in
zypper_lr
Test suite description¶
Maintainers: riafarov, okurz
Test suite to verify that addons additions works using iso. Test for all-packages addon which can be used even without registration.

I created quickly this pr based on something from ldevulder https://github.com/os-autoinst/os-autoinst-distri-opensuse/pull/6847 But won't be providing any VR for the time being... in case somebody else wants to pick up/test
