I have the same problem for leap15.1 ppc64le concerning build Id 86.1 with ttm reporting "already publishing" (below copy/paste)
but doo is empty: http://download.opensuse.org/ports/ppc/distribution/leap/15.1/iso/

Is there an OBS tool that keep track of this publishing activity ?
How to progress on this issue ?

When ping today on buildservice irc, adrians made a manual rsync for Factory:PowerPC assuming previous problems were network issues.

How to track such problem ? What tool is supposed to do the rsync and why not reported error somewhere ?

Still problem, no automatic sync since previous manual action.
Today with TW 20190213:
in enable publish state in https://build.opensuse.org/projects/openSUSE:Factory:PowerPC:ToTest/meta
but not copied to http://download.opensuse.org/ports/ppc/factory/

Who can analyse the problem ?

The issue seems to be solved for Leap15.1 PowerPC as per doo content:
http://download.opensuse.org/ports/ppc/distribution/leap/15.1/iso/?C=M;O=D
I do not have details of actions done by coolo to solve this part.

BUT I did not validated yet for TW PowerPC that has other problems between iso build and openQA. So should keep this issue open.

This is fixed and can be closed now.
