Hi,

There was an idea to move news.o.o to jekyll, however, for proper
testing, we need to have old database moved over to preferably git
repo. There is documentation on how to do this on:
https://import.jekyllrb.com/docs/wordpress/

Would also be nice to have a news-test.o.o website set up, updated with
cron from git repo (like kubic-o-o does it) :D

Theo requested the news.o.o database dump and the files from the admins in Provo, but experience shows that you'll probably need to be patient until we get them :-(

BTW: Did you already tell Doug that you are working on this? ;-)

No db dump, no progress. :-(

Closing here, to get rid of rotting tickets, not because this is not important. But we can not go on until all the stuff gets out of MF-IT hands.

Please reopen, once the news.o.o service got moved over to the heroes.
