<ul></ul><p>There shouldn't be a button that ostensibly selects/deselects private that lies. Either it shouldn't be there, or it shouldn't lie. It's obviously there, so people with sensitive data should be able to believe it and expected it to be respected. Certainly it can be defaulted to private selected, but it shouldn't lie.</p>
