Observation¶
openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP1-Installer-DVD-aarch64-allmodules+allpatterns@aarch64 fails in
scc_registration
According to bcs#1104459 packagehub is not available on purpose. -> the bug reference is old and should not be used anymore
Reproducible¶
Fails since (at least) Build 15.6
Expected result¶
Missing phub causes soft fail with reference to according bug

Clearly all SLE15 modules should be available eventually on 15SP1. If they are not there yet then we should track it as known issues, if in doubt then a "tracker bug" assigned to a QA engineer to not annoy any developers because RMs have not yet asked SCC to enable the module.
