Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP4-Server-DVD-s390x-migration_offline_sle12sp2_ltss-sdk+allpatterns_fullupdate@zkvm fails in
patch_sle

Need update LTSS related cases

  1. Removed ltss+SDK test case ()
  2. Update correct ltss_reg code for each test suit.
  3. Removed un-support case on each arch.

Fails since (at least) Build 0289
