apparently the qcow2 image got corrupted and r/o during my changes regarding the dhcp setup
We found the corresponding creation job by querying the database with following command:
sudo -u geekotest psql openqa -c "select * from jobs inner join job_settings on (jobs.id = job_settings.job_id) where value = 'SLES-12-SP3-s390x-ha+allpatterns-updated.qcow2' order by jobs.id ASC limit 1;"
Right now I'm recreating it with https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1778247#

- Priority changed from Urgent to High
some images have been recreated already,
two more creation jobs are still running (https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1778638 and https://openqa.suse.de/tests/1778637)
I've restarted corresponding migration jobs already and they seem to work.
so as soon as those mentioned two creation jobs are done and the images are moved into fixed/ subfolder, we should be green on all migration jobs again.
Therefor, lowering prio for now, since the urgency was addressed and handled accordingly

- Status changed from In Progress to Resolved
All 12SP3 images have been recreated and moved to "fixed" folder - all migration jobs have been restarted - so far every single job passed.
please reopen when this issue with corrupted images occurs again
