closed[sle][functional][u] test fails in updates_packagekit_gpk - gnome-packagekit is not pre-installed

Description
I checked this manually against sles 15 GMC that gnome-packagekit is now pre-installed. bsc#1081584 got fixed and verified.
But on osd we see still this package can been installed, otherwise it will show something like package got installed.
I removed the workaround and checked that the test failed:

So this is something about test suite settings (installation role, repository) used for tests on osd, please investigate, thanks!

I don't understand the problem. How can the bug be VERIFIED FIXED when you say it still appears? So what exactly did you verify?

the bug from sle 15 got verified by manual testing. I checked the pacakage got now pre-installed.
The problem is still on osd. It doesn't show message like "package has been installed already" if the workaround is used and run "zypper in".
On osd it just installed it as normal, so it means that it is not pre-installed.
That is why I assume setting on osd is not correct.

What setting could that be? In your local test, did you install with the same modules and system role? Not any additional patterns selected during installation?

yes, just cloned the job, no changes added actually.

gnome@uefi has update test which includes updates_packagekit_gpk
This is default installation for sles 15. I cannot find where is settings for installation pattern or packages.
autoyast profile for autoyast_ext4@64bit needs to be changed by adding gnome-packageskit as we talked before.
