I assume that configuration of this is available under "Overlay network settings" in velum before bootstrapping.
We should incorporate this test only for one flavor in openQA - let say that DVD will use defaults and VMX will use flannel.

The settings for flannel udp backend is not present in "Overlay network settings" dialog. No idea how to proceed with this ATM.
