Clone with clone_job.pl without rebuilding harddisk

Description

When I clone a job (eg. extra_tests_on_gnome) using the openQA webui, openqa doesn't re-run the chained create_hdd_gnome test but reuses the existing hdd image.

If I clone the job using the clone_job.pl script, create_hdd_gnome IS re-run.
This makes the injection of job settings very hard.

clone_job.pl should behave like the clone button on the webui in this regard.

A button which triggers eg. http://artemis.suse.de/api/v1/jobs/190324234/restart

But I just found out about the --skip-chained-deps arg of clone_job.pl, so I guess we can close this.

/restart is triggered by a button called Restart - and is not cloning. clone_job.pl is to transfer from one instance to another
