Description

Since introduction of new HA system roles ('HA node' and 'HA GEO node') in build491.2, yast2_ntpclient test is failing.
This is because NTP is already configured by the system role, and so configuration is not needed anymore in this case (it's still the case for Minimal and Textmode system role).
