closed[functional][sles] test fails because missing library check takes to long
0%
Description
Observation¶
openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP3-Server-DVD-aarch64-sdk@aarch64 fails in
yast2_snapper
because the check for missing libraries take to long.
Reproducible¶
Fails since (at least) Build 0470
Doesn't seem to be too long because in the step after the next one, openQA was already capable of executing commands again. Also the serial output appears on the next script step.
Maybe this also indicates some problem with the AMA1 device but this is just a hypothesis.
I will restart the job to monitor if it is reproducible.
Expected result¶
Last good: 0469 (or more recent)
Missing library check does not time out.
Maybe increasing the timeout is the most simple solution to solve this.

In the video it can be seen how the command successfully finished just before changing to tty:
The proposal is to increase the timeout.

I could not reproduce it again: http://copland.arch.suse.de/tests/1335#step/yast2_snapper/56

Someone had already fixed the first level timeout issue about yast module not closing in time.
I tried to provoke the timeout, but trying to upload the logs, I haven't got the second level timeout when checking missing libraries.
Too much time invested here. Closing. Reopen if it happens again.
