openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP3-Server-DVD-s390x-btrfs@s390x-zVM-ctc fails in
bootloader_s390

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 0308 (current job)

Expected result

Last good: 0304 (or more recent)

I'd like to suggest restarting a job before creating progress issues

It will provide usable diagnostic information even if the original failure is worthwhile

And it might reduce the amount of noise with this ticket tracker
