This is a follow up on https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1029802

Current registration for Leaseweb is mirror.leaseweb.com - which can have different negative side effects, as this in itself is a geoip based hostname. In the current form, it is listed as 'NL/EU' server, but there are more regions offered by leaseweb. Additionally, MB does not know if all mirrors have been synced internally and we rely on the content on the NL based host.

This ticket is to track a change of the registration for the Leaseweb mirror infrastructure:

• remove mirror.leaseweb.com from the MB database
• Register the individual servers as individual entries:
  • mirror.nl.leaseweb.net,
  • mirror.de.leaseweb.net
  • mirror.us.leaseweb.net (aka mirror.wdc1.us.leaseweb.net)
  • mirror.dal10.us.leaseweb.net
  • mirror.sfo12.us.leaseweb.net

All of those servers offer rsync access so MB can scan them - and all are IPv4 and IPv6 reachable

This in plus offers the side effect that leaseweb is not only listed as fallback server to US users if there is nothing else provided there
