When attempting to install ueberzugpp from the build service using Apt, the
instructions from the build service page suggest the URL: <
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/>. At least from my location in
North America, this sends Apt to . The mirror is
outdated, and the package won't install due to incorrect file size. It can
readily be seen that the mirror is outdated by about 6 weeks by comparing
the repos:

• < https://slc-mirror.opensuse.org/repositories/home%3A/justkidding/Debian_Testing/ >
• < https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/home:/justkidding/Debian_Testing/ >

Explicitly changing the URL to use the mirror at <
https://ftp.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/> solved the problem for me.
