closed[qam] zypper_lifecycle fails if new update appears in testing repository

Description
When running zypper_lifecycle, it occured at least in one case (https://openqa.suse.de/tests/813443#) that test failed due to update being available. This is situation that we can encounter when rr (release request) for maintenance update is created during test execution. There seem to be two possible solutions:
- update once more (zypper patch) as part of zypper_lifecycle
- consider updates being available to be ok as well
