[MinimalVM] Schedule test runs for MinimalVM on Leap

Description

The Leap test runs on openqa.opensuse.org do not test MinimalVM. This means bugs like https://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1236785 are not detected.

We should schedule at least the main group from the MinimalVM tests, preferrably all MinimalVM test runs for Leap.

We should not focus on Leap 15.6 anymore and immediately target Leap 16.

Acceptance criteria

  • AC1 MinimalVM test runs are scheduled for Leap 16

PR in review.

Ssh access to OOO in preparation, for next steps.
