The was also a bug opened on this 'feature'.
I assume testcase need to be updated.

Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP3-Server-DVD-x86_64-sles+sdk+proxy_SCC_via_YaST@64bit fails in
zypper_lr

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 0260

Expected result

Last good: 0257 (or more recent)

It works with build 267 (https://openqa.suse.de/tests/803759). Someone added SCC_REGISTER=yast instead of SCC_REGISTER=installation to test suite variables - as it should be. Closing as resolved.
