closed[Containers] Enable 15-SP5 LTSS

Description
Starting mid of December 2024, 15-SP5 LTSS will be setup. We need to ensure that in our maintenance test runs, the LTSS repositories are included and that LTSS incidents will be submitted to the queue.
SCC will be setup in the next weeks.

- AC1 Our 15-SP5 container test runs use LTSS incidents and repositories

Collected the SCC_REGCODE_LTSS for each architecture, some VRs done cloning the failed and all tests now passed ok and proper qcow2 image created in the expected hdd folder:

Given that, the LTSS codes have been added on https://openqa.suse.de/admin/products into settings of sle 15-SP5 Container-Host.
The re-schedule of Create bootable host HDDs, triggered today, was successful for all architectures.
