Description

Observation

openQA test in scenario sle-12-SP2-Server-DVD-Updates-x86_64-mru-install-minimal-with-addons@64bit fails in
scc_registration

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20170301-1

Step 9 Failed
Step 9 Passed

However I don't see any problem with the needles. Here are the logs:

Problematic result

11:52:27.1197 12612 send_pointer_event 0, 1023, 767, 1
11:52:27.1201 Debug: /var/lib/openqa/share/tests/sle/tests/installation/scc_registration.pm:35 called registration::fill_in_registration_data

....

Expected result

20:03:49.4355 37717 send_pointer_event 0, 1023, 767, 1
20:03:49.4358 Debug: /var/lib/openqa/share/tests/sle/tests/installation/scc_registration.pm:35 called registration::fill_in_registration_data

20:03:49.6370 Debug: /var/lib/openqa/share/tests/sle/tests/installation/scc_registration.pm:35 called registration::fill_in_registration_data
....

Notice that a send_key is missing -- didn't called at all:

<<< testapi::send_key(key='home')

Last good: 20170228-6 (or more recent)

original job not present anymore, not updated since then. Looking at latest up to 400 jobs I see 84 successful results, one failure. That one failure is actually in scc_registration but a different issue, something about SSL and the server so not something about the test code itself but rather network related. I guess we can not do more here for now.
