Description
Since Lars created the "communication" tracker, mails to admin@o.o create a ticket in this tracker instead of "tickets".
Please fix the mail gateway script to set the right tracker.

Sorry for that - I did not want to create troubles when I created that additional tracker.
Please fix the mail gateway script to set the right tracker.
I checked the script - and it looks like it allows to set a "--tracker" option.
=> adapted /etc/postfix/master.cf on the redmine machine directly to include --tracker tickets in the two redmine lines. I hope this fixes the problem. I did not find a special entry for that file in Salt, so I assume this is currently not under any other control.
=> but needs to be tested...
