hexchat uses 'bernhard', 'bernhard_' and 'bernhard__' as nick name on IRC (first, 2nd, 3rd connecting test). Whenever a TW snapshot hits, the chance that more than three tests reach hexchat and start conflicting is very high - resulting in the test failing often 'for no other reason than the nick being in use'
