Status changed from New to Resolved

I don't know what the original intention was but what I understand in the current state is that needle creation and editing can be done from the webui already. As we have the tests for SUSE/openSUSE in github one can use the internal editing functionality in github to "create tests online" if this is desired. The normal workflow works just fine and we want the review of changes so I consider this solved.
