openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP4-Server-DVD-Updates-aarch64-fips_install_encrypt_lvm_separate_boot@aarch64-virtio fails in
install_SLES
It looks like a timeout during install due to slow workers on this platform.

Simply increasing MAX_JOB_TIME won't help, since it gets a timeout during one of the modules while waiting for the installer to get updated. Setting TIMEOUT_SCALE=2 seems to fix the issue, since the module scales the timeout based to this variable: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/11229018
