Because the snapshot containing this package hasn't been published yet [1].
It only landed on Factory 6 hours ago [2].

Oh I meant I was on the build server and found the package didn't exist

Oh, OK. Luckily it didn't take too long for the package to get published with the new Tumbleweed snapshot.
Out of curiosity, where exactly did you find the link to that yet-to-be-published package?
I wonder if something advertised it by mistake, or perhaps something did a bad check, etc, etc.
