[security] autoyast test has expected failure in installation on 15-SP4 QU with uefi, needs to enable installer updates

Description
openQA test in scenario sle-15-SP4-Online-QR-x86_64-autoyast_create_hdd_gnome_uefi@uefi fails in
installation and similarly for textmode https://openqa.suse.de/tests/10979944.
Last good was 179.1 2 months ago for the previous QU.
Are there related 15-SP5 changes in bootloader_start or installation that could cause problems with 15-SP4, or can you evaluate whether the error could be a real product bug?
This ticket is more a documentation and ask for consultation rather than directly asking to fix the issue, but any help is welcome.

I've filed a bug too (https://bugzilla.suse.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1210807) as to me I can't find changes in schedule, settings or the test module in case. But you might have an immediate better idea.

what happens:
qu image is boothing with updated shim.
this shim blocks all older shim versions including the one from 15 SP4 GA.
autoyast installation installs ONLINE , but WITHOUT Updates ... so it basically installs SLES 15 SP4 GA.
This installation has the outdated and blocked shim.
So it is expected failure.
You should add autoyast installs with updates enabled too, it seems like you do not have those.
