Observation

openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-NET-arm-extra_tests_in_textmode@aarch32 fails in
procps

[zypp::solver] SATResolver.cc(problems):1296 the installed procps4-4.0.2-1.1.armv7hl conflicts with 'procps < 4.0.0' provided by the to be installed procps-3.3.17-10.3.armv7hl

The product has been change to prefer procps over procps4, which eliminates this conflict (installing procps results in a NOP, because it's already there and no need to replace procps4)
