is the minimal install test for the permissions update.
The after-installation qcow2 does NOT include the permissions update under test.
Also, this minimal test does not seem to include the LTSS product repos.

Thanks for a fix. Can I restart https://openqa.suse.de/tests/9760121 (permissions-mru-install-minimal-with-addons) so that https://openqa.suse.de/tests/9760123 (permissions-mau-extratests1) gets restarted and ping test in https://openqa.suse.de/tests/9760123#step/ping/93 gets proper capability?

My restart was wrong. Antonios just reposted jobs properly and showed me that fix in https://gitlab.suse.de/qa-maintenance/qam-openqa-yml/-/merge_requests/413 (adding QAM_MINIMAL=1) worked as expected:
Jobs in minimal folder are added and I see also cap_net_raw+ep
