Observation¶
Seems like we'll have to re-needle scenario, I didn't see any obvious matchin needles with welcome screen in it.
openQA test in scenario opensuse-15.5-DVD-x86_64-kde@USBboot_64-2G fails in
updates_packagekit_kde
Test suite description¶
TIMEOUT_SCALE property is added to avoid sporadic shutdown fails in kde@USBboot_64 scenario.

I do not see this particular issue any more, the only remaining kde update issue is currently poo#107392. Closing as part of cleanup
