Description

Some tests are failing

Rainer observed: "I guess the main problem is here: https://openqa.suse.de/tests/9309945#step/yast2_keyboard/9
Where "German (Switzerland) is selected. If you look at the possible needles for "yast2_keyboard_layout_gedit_test" then they all try to match the "ß" (sharp-s) character which seems to be part of the Switzerland keyboard layout. The question is why the test advances to Switzerland and does not stop at German without any variants."

So we enlarge needle "yast2_keyboard-layout-german" matching area so it matches only German layout, not German (Switzerland) or any other variant

This is not caused by needle match, the default selection become german now, code need change instead of needle.
