Hi,
I've added IP to the stage.opensuse.org
Once you sync the files, you can let our infrastructure use the mirror with following steps:
- Login at download.opensuse.org/login (if you don't have openSUSE account - create it at https://idp-portal.suse.com )
- Navigate to download.opensuse.org/app/myserver
- Press
new mirror
button under the table in the center. - Fill columns:
- Hostname - host of your mirror, e.g. mymirror.net
- Urldir - e.g. /opensuse . (Leave blank if hostname is enough to access the files)
- Region - eu
- Country - fr
- Enabled - 1
- Press button with hint 'add mirror' in the column 'Actions'.
The mirror will be included into future scans and will gradually start receiving traffic from openSUSE users.
Otherwise - just write here and I will perform the steps on my own.
Regards,
Andrii Nikitin

I've checked content of https://mirror.ibakerserver.pt/opensuse/ and it remains empty.
Do you still plan to set up the mirror or the call can be closed?

This is rsync.opensuse.org, public rsync server of openSUSE.org,
limited to 50 connections.
If you run a public mirror, please get in contact so we can give you
access to the stage rsync server.
You'll find conditions for access and further information at
http://en.opensuse.org/Mirror_Infrastructure
As the motd says, rsync.opensuse.org
is our public rsync server, e.g. for people who wish to run a private mirror. It has limited resources, hence the warning about 50 concurrent connections.
However, Andrii wrote above :

so you have access to stage.opensuse.org
, our master rsync server.

I added mirror.ibakerserver.pt to the mirror list, it should start to redirect users to your mirror soon. If everything is working let us know so we can close this ticket.

Due to an ipv6 prefix change my mirror changed the ipv6 address where it is
added in the firewall so I can synchronize my ipv6 and (
2a01:e0a:3e8:10a0:20c:29ff:fedb:62ba) I also noticed if I there is a
failure in ipv6 my ipv4 cannot sync

Hi,
We face some scalability issues on stage.opensuse.org , so current plan is to advice syncing from other sources.
Is it possible that you use stage3.opensuse.org as mentioned at https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Mirror_infrastructure#stage-main-repos.opensuse.org_aka_stage3.opensuse.org ?
It doesn't need special access and doesn't have other limits.
Regards,
Andrii Nikitin
