The following checksum file seems to contain an incorrect hash:

https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Cloud:/Images:/Leap_15.3/images/openSUSE-Leap-15.3.x86_64-NoCloud.qcow2.sha256

The hash in that file is
c5112621997b479416edb2d723d65235eefa8a13c64f297929aaea5d06b6a3b8

The associated qcow2 image has a checksum of
f2b435d31db3d63e662254713c8a78b3870a707f55e16672d91254ad4b9dc6bf

I'm unable to reproduce -
