We need remove the migration path of SLEHPC SP1/SP2 to SLEHPC SP4 since not supported from PRD, this include x86_64 and aarch64.

Hi Lemon,

for SLE-HPC we only support migrations from SP -> SP so
you may drop the tests for SLE HPC 15-SP2 -> 15-SP4.
