openQA test in scenario opensuse-Tumbleweed-DVD-x86_64-upgrade_Leap_42.1_gnome@64bit fails in
ooffice

Test suite description

Race condition in startup of LibreOffice, as compared to the needles being matched.
Every now and then, openQA sees LO started, the 'first lnuach wizard' not yet there though; This confuses QA, as it does not have information that there might still be a tip-of-the-day and then it does not close it

Issue happens randomly

Reproducible

Fails since (at least) Build 20211227

Expected result

Last good: 20211226 (or more recent)

I haven't seen this issue in a long time.
Most likely it was mostly observed on 42.x upgrade scenarios, which have become very unstable and were finally dropped completely.

Assuming this was just the same 42.x->TW upgrade path issues
