Observation¶
Executing "netsh interface ip set address name=Ethernet static 10.0.2.18 255.255.255.0 10.0.2.2" returns "Element not found"
It looks like not a performance issue since all the windows_network_setup failed.
Need to investigate the reason.

This is exactly the same issue as the one reported on o3.
Clone the test suites which contain windows_network_setup with QEMUMACHINE=pc-i440fx-4.2 works.

Have added QEMUMACHINE=pc-i440fx-4.2 to the test suite configuration will see the results of the next build.
