from https://openqa.nue.suse.com/tests/7772337#step/zypper_patch/2 we can see that the original system is xfs which do not support btrfs
snapper rollback. so we'd remove the ROLLBACK_AFTER_MIGRATION=1 from yaml.

I'd submit a MR to fix this.
