Description

Motivation

As discussed in daily 2021-09-27: Right now we can create tickets for SUSE-IT or EngInfra but only as individuals. By adding osd-admins@suse.de we can follow any responses but only the attendees can respond which means by default the reporter, not anyone else. This makes collaboration among the team quite hard. Can we find a better solution, e.g. to mark tickets as public or find a better place to discuss issues?

Unfortunately SUSE-IT sees no way to make a ticket public however a "group" "OSD-Admins" was created that seems to work at least for us.
